No. Ever. We never touch the Instagram API or ask for your login. You upload the official data export Instagram gives you, and we read it in your browser.
Is this safe — will I get banned?
Yes, it's safe. We don't automate any follows or unfollows. You stay in full control and unfollow manually, so there's nothing for Instagram to flag.
How long does the Instagram export take?
Usually a few minutes, but Instagram says it can take up to 48 hours to email you the download link.
How do I see who unfollowed me?
Upload one export now and another in a week or two. We compare the two snapshots and show you exactly who left, with the date we spotted it. A single upload only shows who doesn't follow you back — the comparison needs two.
Does Instagram notify people when I unfollow them?
No. Instagram never sends a notification for an unfollow. The other person only finds out if they go looking through their own following list.
